Please read below Information before Renting.

1. Please remember this is a Homestead Region and thus its purely a Residential Region.  No commercial activity
can be undertaken on this Region.  Please contact Cirus Cuddles for Commercial Regions.

2. No Refunds of rent paid already and no transfer of rental account to another person.

3. All rent have to be paid in advance before the period starts.  Delay of rent more than 1 working day will cause automatic eviction from land. No credit days allowed.

4. We reserve the right to ban Residents from the region who we find deemed unfit to be present on the region.

5. Ban lines are not allowed under any circumstances.  Please use the existing orbs to restrict visitors from entering your home. 

6. Sky-boxes are not allowed. No animals with permanent running scripts are allowed and if found will be auto returned.  If you want to rez animals then do it when you are online and remove when you are leaving the region.

7. We reserve the right to ban objects that are causing lag.

8. We reserve the right to change the update or change the contract when deemed fit.

9. Allocated prims include the one's used for Landscaping too.

10. Be respectful to the fellow tenants and if you have any issues please bring it to the knowledge of the Management.
