DJ Nettie

Hey everyone! I’m DJ Nettie, and I’m excited to be part of the Muddy’s Music Cafe family!

I’m an energetic, easy-going DJ who loves creating a place where people can kick back, relax, have fun, dance, laugh, and simply enjoy themselves. For me, music isn’t just something you hear—it’s something you feel and share.

My absolute favorite era of music is 1970–1989. I simply can’t get enough of that old-school sound! There’s something special about the music from those years—the melodies, the memories, the energy, and those songs that can take you right back to a certain time and place. While I love exploring different music, you can always count on my heart belonging to those classic years.

I’ve been DJing for about two years, with a little break along the way, and I’ve discovered that I truly love being behind the decks. I love finding songs, putting sets together, and watching people enjoy the music I’m playing.

I’ve only been at Muddy’s Music Cafe for about two months, but honestly, it didn’t take long for me to feel like I had found my home. The people, the atmosphere, and the love for music here make Muddy’s a special place to be.

One of my favorite things about DJing is being able to share the music I love to hear with other people. If a song makes me smile, brings back a memory, gets my feet moving, or simply puts me in a good mood, I want to share that feeling with everyone around me.
